HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
- You will get an automatic email saying your order has been received.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE?
- You will receive an email once your package has shipped. The email will contain tracking details.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- You will receive an email with tracking details. You can also sign up for a free account at the bottom of our website to stay up to date on your order's progress.
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ORDER?
- You will need to fill out the return form that is located in your package or print the return form on the Return Policy page. Fill in item details and follow directions on the form to return. BUT.HER does NOT offer cash refunds, only store credit.
SOMETHING THAT I PURCHASE IS NOW ON SALE. CAN I RECEIVE A PRICE ADJUSTMENT?
