Domestic Shipping and Handling:
Orders will usually begin processing within 24-48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays, and will typically ship within 72 hours pending credit verification. 

You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification. Orders submitted after 3:00pm EST will not begin processing until the following business day.

BUT.HER does not cover taxes, duty, or fees on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. For specific information regarding custom policies and taxes, please contact your local customs office. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

  • ​At this time we do not offer refunds or exchanges. You can return merchandise within 14 days of your delivery date for a store credit.
  • Requests for returns after 14 business days of your delivery will not be honored.
  • Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 3-7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed and to receive your gift card via email. Your store credit is good for 90 days. Keep in mind that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the returned items.
  • All shipping costs are nonrefundable for your purchased items.
